Facility projects 2022

This year we would like to give you a short overview of some of our realised customer projects in autumn/winter 2021/22. Let's go!

EISLADN, Passau

The small but fine"EISLADN" in Rosengasse 5 in Passau has what it takes to be an insider tip.

Creative and homemade ice cream varieties such as ayran honey, avocado ginger turmeric or mango chilli are not only optimally preserved in the IFI panorama ice cream counter in cool retro style , but also presented in an attractive and refreshingly "different" way.

In addition, the compact panorama technology saves valuable centimetres, because as already mentioned, the "EISLADN" may be quite small, but it is also very fine.

Laurini, Burghausen

The "Laurini" ice cream parlour at Marktler Str. 15B in Burghausen is something absolutely special.

In the rounded FB Bocchini counter, delicious ice cre ams and the finest Italian dolci - all homemade and handmade, of course - are impressively presented. Instead of the usual slide boxes, a modern, custom-made monitor system above the counter presents the specialities of the day.

The highlight, however, is the glass window front that can be opened completely : on nice days, the ice cream kiosk is completely outdoors - on cooler days, the "Laurini" is transformed into a closed café.

We think so: This is really spectacular!

belini, Regensburg

In Regensburg, the UNESCO World Heritage City on the Danube, a completely new urban district has been created with the brand new "Dörnberg" with almost 400 condominiums and student flats, a landscape park, office campus, kindergarten and local shopping centre. What is (still) missing there: an ice cream parlour, of course!

The "belini" ice cream parlour at Ladehofstr. 23 in Regensburg has filled this gap - and so you can now enjoy ice cream, coffee, cakes and small dishes there in a prime location.

And we are very happy that we were allowed to realise the furnishing project. The result is a bright, timelessly modern jewel made of white and wood. We think it's something to be proud of: It's something to be proud of!

Segafredo at the Elisenhof, Munich

At Luisenstr. 4 in Munich's Elisenhof, directly near Munich's main railway station, you can now enjoy original Segafredo espresso in the new Segafredo Bar.

The special thing about it: The bar shares the small shop with the ticket office of the Munich Hop on - hop off city tour "CitySightseeing". The famous red double-decker buses start their tours directly in front of the Segaredo Bar.

It's the perfect place: Enjoy an espresso and croissant at Segafredo, and then head straight off for a sightseeing tour of the state capital.
