Good things get even better: Facelift Carpigiani Pastomaster HE series

For many years the Carpigiani Pastomaster series pasteurizers the benchmark in ice cream production: with its unique heat exchange pump - often simply called the "cup system" - Carpigiani's Pastomaster has always offered greater flexibility, higher efficiency and, thanks to the high micronization of the technology, better mix quality than any other system on the market.

In 2017, Carpigiani launched the HE ("High Efficiency") series, the latest generation of the Pastomaster series with various innovations and detail improvements .

Above all, the HE series units are significantly easier, less complicated and more thorough to clean than their predecessors: the mixer discharge tube is removable for easier cleaning (and interchangeable with other variants, e.g. for better processing of fatty, tough types of mix), the bowl is made entirely of one piece (for even fewer dirty edges) and the new discharge tap is not only completely rinsable during operation, but also consists of only one part.

Not only have the units been significantly upgraded visually with new control electronics, an attractively designed housing and stainless steel with a Scotch-Brite finish, but many inconspicuous detail improvements also make life a little easier for the gelatiere: for example, the new, high-quality transport rollers or the cable clamp at the rear, which finally clears up the tangle of cables at the bottom.

Finally, each Pastomaster HE is certified by Carpigiani to process raw milk upon request.

Facelift 2021 - now even better!

In 2021, the Pastomaster HE units will now receive a facelift, making them even better!

Thus, the devices receive a completely new lid that lasts longer and is easier to remove - until now, the lids were wear parts that had to be replaced more or less regularly.

The outlet tubes have been modified and will allow the mix to circulate even better in the future - the special outlet tube for processing raw milk has also been optimized again.

Furthermore, Carpigiani now offers an optional mix transfer kit, with which the ready-pasteurized ice cream mix can be pumped directly into a ripening machine using a transfer hose, for example - many ice cream makers have missed this function in the HE series up to now.

The electronics and operation of the appliances have also been further optimized. For example, all Pastomasters of the HE series now offer a range of "Cheesemaster" functions for the production of various cheese specialties as standard. There are also now several special programs for processing (and correctly labeling) raw milk.

And last but not least, comprehensive recipe books are now also included to make the most of the HE series' extensive range of programs - from ice cream mix to various sauces and cheese specialties
