Space-saving

The 243 T P SP is a Soft ice cream table machinetabletop unit, which means you can place it on any front/back counter or any other available work surface. At the same time, the device is amazingly compact with a width of only 44 cm and requires only a 230V power connection.

Powerful

Despite its small size, the 243 T can produce up to 24 kg of soft ice cream per hour (depending, of course, on the mix used and the installation location) - something that many much larger competitor machines cannot achieve. The proven gear pumps ensure soft, creamy ice cream with a high air impact.

Flexible

The appliance has two independent stirrer motors that allow you to control both sides completely independently of each other - so you can, for example, produce frozen yogurt on one side and classic soft ice cream on the other.

In addition, there are a number of other features and additional options to adapt the machine even more individually to your needs. For example, you can equip one side with a gravity kit for compact ice cream or operate only one side at all in the early or late season. And you can equip the machine with a wide variety of dispensing spouts for creative soft ice cream creations .

Quiet

Furthermore, you have the option of selecting different power programmes by regulating the fan motor and thus the heat exchange of the machine in three stages. This gives you the choice: maximum power if necessary, minimum noise if possible .

Hygienically safe

You also don't have to worry about hygiene with the 243 T: The machine is equipped with a self-pasteurization system as standard , which hygienically pasteurizes and monitors the mix after production - this means that cleaning the machine is only legally required every 42 days . However, we recommend a cleaning cycle of approx. 2 weeks.

Optimal price-performance ratio

And you will also be surprised at the price . Of course, the high-quality, reliable and safe Carpigiani technology has its price and cannot be compared with cheaper, often inferior goods from the Far East.
