In the next part of our Krä team presentation you will get to know our service office

From the acceptance of service orders (and with a little luck already the solution of the problems by phone ) to the scheduling of our technicians and the management of all technical documentation to our spare parts central warehouse Germany for the Carpigiani Group:

Our service office takes care of everything that has to do with technology, but can be done without tools in hand.

And not: mindless work

My education: state certified housekeeper

My job at Krä: Spare parts aunt, spare mom and team assistant in the spare parts warehouse

My hobbies: my family, fast cars, hiking, baking

My favorite ice cream: all nut varieties

My worst quality: sometimes a bit impatient

My languages: good Bavarian, school English, Italian with Mr. Google

What I like to do: my job

And not that: inventory! Count screws and O-rings.

Serene crisis managers

 

Believe us: the job of our service office is not always easy.

Between suppliers who are not always "generous" with technical information, equipment that rarely but then in principle breaks down on Friday afternoon before a nice weekend, our customers who are then (understandably!) rather less relaxed and patient at the moment with technical problems and our service technicians who sometimes have to solve three problems at the same time with only two hands on stressful weeks, good and calm crisis managers are needed.

Yes, unfortunately, sometimes we really can't please everyone at the same time - but our guys and gals in the service office do their best!
