At Krä, we naturally have our own technical department and thus offer service and after-sales service throughout Bavaria for the brands and equipment we sell. We are also happy to carry out the refrigeration installation of the equipment we plan and sell ourselves.

UpdateOur long-time refrigeration foreman Erwin Schöwel has meanwhile taken his well-deserved retirement - but will of course remain an honorary team member for life! We wish him all the best!
Versatility is the trump card for our technicians: ice cream and soft ice cream machines, pasteurisers, ice cream display cases and complete refrigeration installations, espresso machines and grinders, cream machines and ice cream storage cabinets. Our technicians must be refrigeration engineers, electricians, electronics engineers, mechanics, programmers, movers and food technicians all in one - real "Swiss Army Knives". Add to that different models, different brands and model generations , plus a little southern chaos when it comes to support from our suppliers, and you realise: technician at Krä is a varied and (challenging) job.
They aresupported by our service office, our large spare parts warehouse and regular technical training at our suppliers. And thanks to the good personal relationships with our suppliers, we are also fortunate enough to receive one or two pieces of technical information "through the official channels" when there is really an emergency.
No, even we cannot always solve 100% of all cases immediately - our product range has indeed become too complex for that. But we don't leave our customers hanging, and in the end we have always solved every problem.
