Description

The objective of this 3-day advanced course is to further develop the ice cream maker by providing him with knowledge and techniques that will enable him to diversify the range and further enhance the quality of artisan ice cream. Machine technology and ice cream presentation complete the seminar. In addition to the theoretical part of the program, the participants will have the opportunity to apply the acquired knowledge in practical work.

All seminar participants receive a certificate of participation and comprehensive documentation at the end.

Costs and organization

We charge a fee of EUR 700 per person incl. 19% VAT for participation in this seminar. The fee is payable in cash against invoice on the first day of the seminar. The course fee includes lunch, coffee, non-alcoholic drinks, detailed documentation and all consumables for three days.

Cancellation is possible free of charge in written form (by e-mail) until 14 days before the start of the seminar at the latest. After that we charge 80% of the seminar fees.

Our seminars start daily at 09:00 and end around 17:00 depending on the intensity of your questions.

We reserve the right to cancel the course at short notice. The minimum number of participants is 6.
