Description

With the 4-day basic course, participants acquire a complete overview of the artisanal production of professional, high-quality ice cream and sorbets, as well as in-depth knowledge of the profitability of the ice cream business. General topics such as hygiene, cooling and freezing techniques. Machine technology and ice cream presentation round off the seminar. In addition to the theoretical part of the program, participants get the opportunity to apply the acquired knowledge in practical work.

The last day of the seminar is dedicated to soft ice cream, which is also often referred to as the "freshest ice cream".

All seminar participants receive a certificate of participation and comprehensive documentation at the end.

Costs and organization

For the participation in this seminar we charge a fee of Euro 600 per person incl. 19% VAT. The fee is payable in cash against invoice on the first day of the seminar. The course fee includes lunch, coffee, non-alcoholic beverages, detailed documentation and all consumables for three days.

Cancellation is possible free of charge in written form (by e-mail) until 14 days before the start of the seminar at the latest. After that we charge 80% of the seminar fees.

Our seminars start daily at 09:00 and end around 17:00 depending on the intensity of your questions.

In order to allow you to leave on the same day, experience shows that the seminar will end around 2:00 p.m. on the 4th day.

We reserve the right to cancel the course at short notice due to the current Corona restrictions. The minimum number of participants is 6.
