Costs and organization

We charge a fee of €20 per person including 19% VAT for participation in our Open Day.

The participation fee includes:

• Catering, coffee and non-alcoholic drinks
• An exclusive gift package worth over €20

Cancellations can be made in writing (by e-mail) free of charge up to 14 days before the event. After that, we will charge 80% of the participation fee.

The event starts at 9:00 a.m. and ends at around 4:00 p.m.
Please no more than 4 people per registration.

The minimum number of participants is 6. If this number is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the event at short notice.
