  • Top-class seminar: On day 1, Adriano Colle will provide you with exclusive specialist knowledge and teach you the techniques for making ice cream with alcoholic ingredients.

  • Creative competition: On day 2, you will apply what you have learned and make your own alcoholic chocolate-based ice cream creation (milk chocolate, dark or white chocolate).

  • Your chance to win the main prize: together with the instructor, the group evaluates all the creations. Whoever gets the most votes wins the unforgettable cruise!
