Our seminars

The constant investment in further training is not only a requirement for our own employees. We also want to pass this on to our customers. We are home to the German base of the Carpigiani Gelato University, which teaches our customers the craftsmanship, enjoyment and taste of the original Italian "gelato". We support ice cream entrepreneurs in opening and running their own ice cream parlour and producing their own unique "gelato".
