The ice is kept at the right temperature by a circulating air cooling system; with this efficient technology, cooled air is evenly distributed throughout the entire cooling chamber by an elaborate ventilation system. An even flow of air thus passes over all ice cream trays to ensure that each flavor receives the same level of cooling. The cooling system has an electronic temperature control that allows the ice cream to retain its spreadability and consistency.
